Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110

Aim

The TAE40110 has superseded the TAA40104 (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment).

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the minimum requirement for training positions or employment in VET. The TAE40110 has become the benchmark and is mandatory for trainers/assessors in the context of an accredited qualification. Job roles associated with this qualification relate to the delivery of training and assessment of competence within the Vocational Education and Training Sector.

Achievement of this qualification or an equivalent by trainers and assessors is a requirement of the Australian Quality Training Framework Essential Standards for Registration of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
