Option 2:  Tools and techniques of Strategic Planning – 1 day workshop

This workshop is for volunteer professionals who would like both an introduction to the concepts of strategic planning and need the tools and techniques to begin the process.  This option includes the topics of the half day ‘Introduction to Strategic Planning’ workshop and expands key components in greater depth.

This full day workshop will focus on:
