These two workshops are for volunteer managers and not for profit professional who wish to expand their understanding and application of the 'National Standards for Organisations involving Volunteers'.

The two options can be run consecutively on one day. Participants are invited to attend both to receive a complete overview on the National Standards for Organisations involving Volunteers and how best to utilise them in their organisation.

  • Implementation: How do I start? Where do I start?
  • 10 steps to implement change
  • Change in a volunteer environment – unique challenges
  • Review and continuous improvement
