Implementing National Standards in Your Organisation (1/2 day)
This workshop introduces participants to developing an action plan based on the National Standards Assessment Tool to address those areas where their organisation is not meeting the Standards. (Note: The workshop Understanding National Standards is a pre-requisite for attendance at this workshop. This workshop can also be conducted over one-day for organisations as a customised workshop.)
Aim
To assist participants to develop an overall implementation framework for their organisation based on the issues they identified using the National Standards Assessment Tool, and to develop an implementation plan.
Topics include:
- Revision of the eight national Standards and the importance and intent of these standards
- Developing a well thought out and integrated implementation plan
- Key issues and critical success factors for implementation
- Minimising obstacles to implementation
