This workshop is suitable for experienced or newly appointed managers and coordinators who lead teams or those who aspire to that role.

Aim

To assist participants to understand what makes an effective team and the leadership required to achieve that. Participants will be able to assess the effectiveness of their team and their effectiveness as the team leader.
