Effective Leadership (Master Class – 2 days)
This course aims to assist participants improve their leadership effectiveness. Importantly, it does this by building on their individual and collective experiences and uses their actual work situations as the vehicle for discussion and understanding the application of the leadership model and associated techniques.
Building and Leading Teams (1 day)
Understand what makes an effective team and the leadership required to achieve that. Participants in this course will be able to assess the effectiveness of their team and their effectiveness as the team leader.
Performance Management (1 day)
This workshop is designed for people in leadership roles with responsibility for other employees/volunteers and their performance. The Merrill & Reid Social Styles Model is used in this workshop.
Personality Profiling – Extended DISC (1 day)
This one day workshop (for up to 10 participants) will equip you with all you need to know to work your strengths and weaknesses to become the best version of yourself. You will come to understand the behavioural characteristics and drivers of others, and how to effectively communicate with them so that they will want to do what is needed of them. This can be applied in any (business or personal) area of relationships.
