This workshop is suitable for anyone in a leadership role or other employee/volunteer in a key position likely to be involved in conflict situations.

Aim

To assist participants to identify the causes of conflict, the action top take to avoid conflict situations, and the strategies and techniques for dealing with conflict when it occurs.

• Conflict resolution strategies
• Conflict resolution skills and how to rate your own
