A deferral of 15 days or more notice, new date(s) must be advised when notice of date change is given and new date(s) must be within a 3-month period of the original date, no penalty.

If no new date is given when notice of the date change is given, refund less a 20% administration fee.

A deferral of 14 days or less notice, no refund, full fee payable.

If the School is required to change the date of a Scheduled Training activity and an enrolled student is unable to attend on the new date, the student or organisation will receive a full refund. On enrolment

Note

  1. If the School cancels a workshop course, enrolled students/client organisation will receive a full refund.
  2. Students undertaking their studies by distance education will be deemed to have commenced their studies on receipt of payment by the School.
  3. This policy is effective from the time the School confirms the clients booking, request, enrolment or consulting proposal.
  4. Only one deferral is permitted. There is no refund for a training activity or service that is subsequently cancelled; the full training or service fee is then payable.
